I know being my teacher is sometimes no Picnic

I can be a real Airhead at times

I wouldn't consider myself one of your Smarties

But you always Boost my confidence

And make meSnicker(s) with your funny jokes

You're such a Sweetart!

I wanted to give you a Special treat

Because you're a real Life Saver!

And a teacher as great as you is one in a 100 Grand

So as my small way of showing you you're numero Uno in my book

I hope you enjoy this Symphony of sweets

Dear Mr. Mark,

I called for a Time Out so that I could Take Five

And think of a way that I can settle the SKOR between us,

I hope that you will not think of me as an Air Head

I am quite shy but I do want you to know that I pay Extra attention in class

And that shows by my report card, my parents call me a Smartie!

And I think that you are a Life Saver

And worth 100 Grand to me!

I much rather tell you this Now than Later

Before, I lose my Boost of courage

And go back into my shell, like the Turtle that I am.
